Dear Friends,

When we decided to start a summer program, we wanted to bring together three of our greatest passions: working with teens, traveling around our country’s most beautiful places, and being active members of the Jewish community. In combining those passions, Adamah Adventures was born.

Our mission is to challenge teenagers to increase their self-confidence, independence, and sense of adventure, while building a strong Jewish community focused on environmental awareness and outdoor living.

We have an ambitious goal that within five years, we will be serving hundreds of Jewish teens each summer. Our campers will travel to destinations from coast to coast, and participate in adventures climbing mountains, rafting rivers, kayaking along the ocean shore, all while building a strong and vibrant community that is rooted in our three thousand year-old Jewish values and traditions.

As we look ahead to our third summer, we're excited to be adding a new base camp in the Seattle area, and a one-week adventure camp for campers entering 5th and 6th grades.  We're also adding our first service trek with some great community partners in Oregon.  We look forward to welcoming you into our community, whether as a youth participant, parent, staff member, funder, or volunteer!
